1. Buyer Eligibility:
Only verified ethanol factories can transact via the platform.

2. Order Placement & Fulfillment:
Buyers are expected to confirm receipt within 48 hours. Failing to do so may trigger auto-confirmation.

3. Payments:
All payments must be made through the platform’s secure nodal account. Refunds or chargebacks are subject to internal dispute mechanisms.

4. Platform Use:
Buyers must not reverse engineer, clone, or misuse platform data. The platform is licensed for intended trade use only.

5. Data Access:
Buyers agree to allow use of transaction data for analytics and compliance reporting within Altiberg’s ecosystem.

6. Disputes:
Any disputes related to delivery or quality must be raised within 48 hours from delivery time, supported by images and logs.

7. Liability:
Altiberg is a facilitation platform and is not liable for procurement or fulfillment failures unless due to platform-level issues.
